The Records feature allows you to schedule readings for a future time. For quality assurance purposes, you may choose to schedule a future recording for as long as necessary, either manually or automatically. For instance, if a shipment is ready to be picked up and dropped off at a known time and date in the future, the data logger or cold box assigned to that shipment may be scheduled to automatically record the data generated from the shipment, throughout the entire journey.

The advantage of this feature is that at the end of each scheduled recording time, the data generated is compressed and automatically sent to the email of respective users of the enterprise account.
