The Alert is an automated feature for the business email of an enterprise account.
The business email automatically gets a mail notification when there is an excursion after which the alert mail stops sending until the excursion is resolved to notify you of the device stability. Alert is only available for the business email on enterprise.
The Alarm feature notifies whenever there is an excursion from the alarms preset and using the time intervals created, a reminder is received by all users when excursion persists. Alarm can be received by multiple users on the platform.
